FWIW, When I was dealing breast cancer in 2006 , my mainstream medical doctor
told me to avoid soy. My oncologist and naturopath agreed. Do your research
on soy and hormonal cancers (breast/ prostate). Soy is in everything.

For 20 years we have been observing the things you talked about on the
list. Big money only promotes its own interest, often not only ignoring
the common good but also making sure through disinformation that a
collective good is almost impossible to achieve.
Big Business and Grassroots groups often walk hand in hand. The
grassroots folks also need the money and can't seem to "get it together"
while blocking each others attempts with their own agendas. Almost 20
years ago I was trying hard to get a universal definition for compost
along with quality standards. Now we have anaerobic, worm poop, sludge
waste and "just let it rot" products sold as compost. Just look at the
compost sold on the market. The quality and physical charistics vary
greatly and this would not be tolerated with most other commercially
sold products. Seems to me that marketplace confusion works well for
blocking any meaningful education for the value of utilizing high
quality compost products. 15 years ago we demonstrated 100% removal of
the harmful nematodes from soil using only a quality compost within 6
months of application with no return the following years. Also, almost
100% of the root rots. Remediation and removal of toxic residues from
chemical agriculture and an increase of both crop quality and quantity.
My company was repeatedly blocked at the University of Arkansas. It
seems that Land Grant Universities get their Agriculture
funding-buildings,professors and research monies from the big ag
chemical and growing concerns. It is time to put the separate agendas
aside and work towards a SUSTAINABLE solution.
