I have been reading many of these posts with amusement. The way
individuals have been making statements in what I deem an extremely
derogatory manner in an effort to justify the way they live, has been
an interesting case of what I can only describe as the self absorbed
trying desperately to convince themselves that they aren't. But I
might add no specific personal attacks where made during just implied
lol.
These individuals were not censured in any way. But someone whom is
more open with their emotions is promptly and publicly put down?
Whilst I agree a little more tact wouldn't have gone astray I don't
understand why others whom have been extremely arrogant in many of
their assumptions are not also threatened with expulsion LOL
To the ownership thing with the names on the coffee cups then washed
no names blah blah, there is absolutely no positive in this just a
huge negative it shows a total lack of team work, total disrespect of
personal space and an overwhelming sense of selfishness.
To those whom believe payment (read money) for time doing a task blow
it out your ass particularly in relation to sharing knowledge. This
should be payed for by the community/society and not by individuals
isn't permaculture about the good of all, not those whom can afford
it???? This just shows how you've been educated by your society.....
User pays and if they can't discard them or lock them up.
If someone asks a simple question and you get deeply offended/affected
by it what does that say about you as a person?? Why is it necessary
to do a break down of costs then bemoan I do this much and only get
payed so and so.....Wanna know how much I get paid?? I get about $1 an
hour in my job looking after a sick partner plus terminally ill kid
this takes 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year but I made a
choice as did you yet I save the community 100,000's of thousands of
dollars a year wanna pay me some more??So the dreams I once had could
come to fruition????????????????????????? But I'm not complaining in
relation to money I'm thankful as I don't have bombs guns or hummers
outside my door
I am not trying to rekindle the flames I just couldn't leave this list
without saying something because I am actually very disheartened by
much of it. And until now wasn't aware of how angry it's made me :)
Get off your high horses ya bunch of wankers take a deep breath think
about the positives you can do FOR COMMUNITY and not just self
And yes I used insulting language and have been rather hypocritical so
PLEASE PLEASE Delete me because of it LOL
