I'd reckon that you might be very effective if you converted to Islam,
learned a tribal language, and spent the rest of your life over there. What
would be the odds of getting shot as CIA tho?.
I like uncle Bill's rules on foreign aid Pc, which include:
-go to learn, not teach
-live as the locals do, 100% (ie, no fancy mountain bike, even)
-if you leave, always go back.
