I hope he isn't in possession of your theorized manual of garden raiding
techniques. He could just be being good so as to live to pass the
knowledge on to his kids next year. :-)

Since corn eating is a learned behavior and your local squirrels have
taught it to others, killing them off should eliminate the problem. As
long as they don't leave a manual of garden raiding techniques behind. LOL
