Can someone shed light/experience on the issue of using Roundup (Glyphosate) under young (2nd leaf) trees. I'm starting a trellised orchard, and weed control has become labor intensive. I'd like to use glyphosate under the trees to keep the weeds back. I understand the issues of overspray onto the tree leaves, but what is the risk of contact with the trunk?
