Hi Claude,

I find it interesting to read how poorly your cherries are doing. See my
post on winter kill or not to read the temps mine came through last year.

I have a Schattenmorello, several of each of the U of S varieties, an Evan's
and a Northstar (as well as some plums, apples, and cherry plums) that all
came thru the deep freeze with flower buds that are just about to open! Also
have local friends who brought branches in to force blossoms for Easter and
they looked great.
