Anyone know any low or no-toxic methods to vacate a large yellow jack type

If the nest is somewhere that water isn't a problem, get a hose and spray large amounts of water at it; using as high pressure a nozzle as is practical. The wasps will (at least in my experience) not be likely to connect the person behind the hose with the sudden flood, and most of them will in any case be briefly too wet to fly well. You may be able to knock the nest down with the water spray; if not, if you do this every day for a while, you'll eventually disrupt operations enough for them to either give up and go elsewhere or gradually die off.

Use extra caution if you're allergic, of course. You probably won't get stung doing this; but it's not absolutely impossible.
