Sam,
Since concord grape juice doesn't have alcohol, then
no. However, 99% of the studies you hear about
touting the properties of red wine are touting the
properties of the grapes/juice rather than the
alcohol. Notice you hear very little about white
wine, its because of the anthocyanins and higher
phenolic content of the red.
BTW, there are also recent studies linking
acetaldehyde (metabolite in the liver from the
consumption of alcohol) in the body to production of a
carcinogenic substance which is responsible for a
particularly dangeroud kind of DNA damage...
