Wow, going back and re-reading DocL and Topgun's lists of recommendations makes me remember how much stuff I can't grow very easily, if at all, up here in the 'frigid northland'! And how much of it I miss!
But, I've got better native persimmons and hickories than I ever had in AL, and the pecans are not too shabby, if quite a bit smaller, so there's some consolation. 8>)
