One Green World sells a bunch of cultivars.
http://www.onegreenworld.com/
There's at least one member of this list who has complained about them shipping the wrong stuff, but since I can't tell one selected cornus mas from another (and asked them to suggest which one to order) I wasn't too worried. I bought two trees from them about two years ago. Both were healthy on arrival, and both are still doing fine. They are growing slowly, but I did plant them in the shade. (They flower a bit even so, but haven't set fruit yet.)
Lucky suggested several other places that will be happy to sell you one or two trees.

Thanx for the tip
I did call Mr Eppler.
Unfortunatly, he only sells the trees in large lots of
10 for about $24 each. I wouldnt mind paying that for
one or two trees, but not for ten. I dont even have
the space for that many.
He mostly sells european Ribes
I was hoped that others may have another source.

Cornucopia II has sources listed at the end of each
entry.
Most of the cultivars of Cornus mas that you listed
have D47 as a
source. (Some have other sources also.) Look up D47
in the Suppliers
list near the back of the book:
