Hi,

This is off topic, but I have a varmit digging the same hole (over and
over) in my backyard. The culprit is the STUPID dog.

Any suggestions on how to break a dog of digging and re-digging the same
hole over and over?

I thought of putting a mouse trap in the bottom of the hole, but with my
luck it would only result in a vet bill.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom:
My folks used to raise Shelties (Shetland Collie's) for
the blind school. Sheltie's are great with kids!
Dogs will jump out of their skin if they get a whiff of ammonia.
Let him dig the hole. Leave it open. Put something over the
hole to keep it covered but light enough so he can get the
hole open again and have a rag there loaded with ammonia.
One whiff of the ammonia and I guarantee he wont go near that
hole again......
All the best,
~Gianni

Naomi if your out there please contact me.... Thanks.
