I might add that it's almost just as much work to ship a $20 order as it is
a $200 order. Any order, no matter the size, involves packaging, sealing,
labeling, recording, processing the check, and frequently correspondence
about questions, problems, etc. I don't blame any business for putting a
high flat fee for any size order. Lots of nurseries sell ONLY wholesale; I
appreciate those which are willing to sell me only a few plants at a time.
