Hello Again,

Does anyone know how to calculate the weight of a root ball and tree?

I want to take the biggest ball as possible, but it has to be managed by
hand, and then handtruck 90-100' and placed in its new home, or placed in
a bucket loader (that same 90-100' away) and moved 1km to a nearby
orchard.

So I need to know what sized root ball could be managed by hand
(hopefully two adult men), combining with that the weight of the tree.

Never attempted this before.

Regards,
Tom
