Hi Zachary and Richard.

Is there a particular variety you like for shoots?
A good source of reasonably priced seed?
How often do you re-sow?
Any idea how much you harvest per foot?

Thanks!

Hi Mac,
I plant them very thickly and harvest the whole plant(s) when they reach 6" tall or so.  I don't re-cut but move on to new plantings.  I present them by the half pound in produce bags.  Good luck!

How do we harvest?  Do you take branches off the vine or do you take the vine itself?  How do we present them?
