I agree with Marie…likely a pollination problem. I’m seeing this in the very first fruit on my plants, too – either the male blossoms weren’t out yet, or it was too hot for the bees to work!

Regards to the list:

 

I am thinking that when the zucchini are not the same size the whole length that it’s a lack of pollination. I’m not sure though.
