I give work shares $100.00 off the price of their share for 40 hours of labor.  Most don't get their 40 hours in so they end up paying me the difference.

Hello everyone,

I have a question for you CSA people. How do you figure hours worked for a share? For example I have a peoson who wants to work for 1/2 the share price and I don't know how many hours she should expect to work The past couple of years I haven't really had to deal with this but this year seems different. I guess I'm looking for an hourly wage. Any thoughts?

Thanks
