Since I was asked...I've long been fascinated by Stonehenge and other ancient stone circles.  I like stone....stone walls, castles, etc.  I also like circles and what they convey in terms of the seasons and life.  When I named the farm, I had plans to build a modestly significant stone circle in a meadow toward the back of our farm.  With all the other things that need done on a farm, and to our old farmhouse, that project has not happen yet!  Someday...  For now, we have a circular flower bed surrounded by stones around our well head.

I developed a list of potential names and then checked in with my wife (who works off farm) and parents and siblings to gauge their reactions.  One of the best present I have ever received was from my wife several years ago when she paid to have the name etched into a stone (she hired the local gravestone company) to make a sign for our farm out by the road.

I agree John. Revelations are worth the wait! So, if you don't mind sharing, what epiphany led you to the name of your farm? And, by the way, its a great name.
