On the hydraulic lift arms are shock absorbing springs. Within each spring is a short length of pushrod that can be extended or retracted to change the angle of the cultivator frame. The cub is a wonderful tractor probably the only 4 cylinder 12hp tractor in the world that when well tuned will sound almost like the engine isn't running... Bob.

Hi

I recently got a 1951 Farmall Cub with a set of cultivators. Does anyone have any experience with this type of cultivation? I'm having a hard time getting all the sweeps to hit theground even, or at all. any tips would really help.

Thanks
Dave
