You may not be talking about supermarkets, but they are by far the primary source of produce for Americans. I didn't say all shipping, and certainly didn't mean to imply it. Just the vast majority of it. I think exceptions are wonderful. I just wish more Americans could have good quality produce available to them most of the time. I think the produce industry could do better and we would be much healthier, happier people if it did. And I don't think people should avoid produce if it's shipped. I think shippers should put better product into the market and retailers should source better product for their markets.Bill
