You can reverse calculate yields per acre to 100' row
yields or per-plant yields, followed by reverse calculation
of $$ value.

1.

Traditional way to calculate yields per 100' row:

Knott's Handbook for Vegetable Growers

*Length or Row Per Acre at Various Spacings
*Number of Plants Per Acre at Various Spacings
*High Density Spacings of Vegetables
*Average U.S. Yields of the Principle Fresh
Market Vegetables

2.

Market-farming era method to calculate yields per 100' row:
*Market Farming spreadsheets
*CSA spreadsheets
*Vegetable scheduling tables and spreadsheets

*Get print version of following ATTRA pub to see spreadsheet
examples

3.

See crop enterprise budgets from Extension Service
for yields and costs and returns

4.

See vegetable variety trial research reports from
Agriculture Experiment Station for yields of different
modern varieties at different locations

These vegetable variety trial reports offer a
goldmine of production data and insight to
vegetable varieties.
