I think this is illegal. You can encourage them to cooperate but you can't
dictate what price they sell at.
In the "real world", a manager rides a discounter like crazy and kicks them
out for other infractions like smoking, dogs, being late, etc. but legally
it's a free market and there's not a lot you can do.
