First of all a huge thank you to all who contribute to this list. Every time
I
read the emails I learn so much more. I have learned through this "farming"
adventure that there is always something to learn! :)
I have a huge question. How do you decide what to charge customers? I have
done my research by going to the grocery store (for produce) and I have gone
online to check out transplant prices for the extra tomato and pepper plants I
grew but don't have room in the field.
How do I charge restaurants? How do you decide retail and wholesale prices?
Any great advice or resources would be greatly appreciated?
Also, we would like to build a portable roadside stand that could be moved
each
season. Do you know of any good building plans?
Thanks for your help!
