Let me preface this question by saying I'm not so much
a hillbilly to think that Asian cooks can be
categorized any more than American cooks. I've been
watching the visitors to my particular market and I'm
seeing a lot of Asian women shopping there. This is
starting me to think that I should be looking at the
potential for this market segment. (See, I even know
a couple of the buzz-words!)
But, being the hillbilly that I am, I know almost
nothing about what specialty produce might appeal to
these shoppers. If I had to guess, I would say that
these are likely to be Korean and Vietnamese women,
since this market is close to Fort Knox and there are
a lot of retired military in the area. What crops
should I be looking at?
Thanks,
Kevin
