Hello
Pulled the message below from an old reference file of mine. Never went
there to test the site out. It may be helpful in the short-run. For the
long run, I feel that learning specific words and phrases for your type of
operation would be greatly beneficial. Also should learn the ordinary terms
such as: good, bad, acceptable, numbers, days, hours, what, where, when, do
you understand, do you have any questions, etc.
Personal thoughts:
You gain respect by attempting to converse in someone's native language
They usually want to learn words/phrases in English
Get a fairly good paperback dictionary to have handy.
In the past, I have given instructions (I my broken high school Spanish)
first, and then repeated the instructions in English.
