That is funny, (but serious too.....) Udderly serious.

The only practice I know to improve the looks of the udder is showing the
cow with a full udder - making sure that the cow is not milked before her
turn to walk before the judges. Although it is a practice that everyone
knows/does, is my understanding.

The dairy goat industry is also gaga about good looking udders - I wonder if
the practice of implants has caught on there too?
