Liz,

Good questions. We find that if you wish to sell to your neighbor, you need
a website. More than 90% of our customers use the site to communicate and
gain production information such as availability and to make queries
relative to production methods. Also see responses below.

For those of you with websites:
How long has your site been online?

- 4 years

Can you attribute new customers directly to the site?

- almost daily

How do you utilize the site?

- to communicate product information, inventory, and to determine the most
practical way for our customers to purchase from us. We abandoned the
shopping cart after a few months of offering point and click as our
customers want more personal contact. I believe that also accounts for the
success of farmer's markets. Our face (ugly as mine is) is our most
important brand.

What changes would you make now if you could redesign it?

We don't have any current plans to make any major changes to our site.
There are periodic tweaks as we learn new tricks and some casual updates to
information.
