Why not unroll it by hand?? It isn't hard. Just cut the strings and get
out of the way if you're on a slope like ours ; )) or just push. It's much
easier than you think--wear gloves!
But why did she recommend using hay?? Wouldn't that just introduce a horde
of weed seeds?? I don't know about others, but our bales come full of weed
seeds, even though some of the seeds are from weeds I don't mind
having...just not in that amount.
