So the new rules are much more complicated? Or does that vary according to
the way some did it before? Some may have had more liberal certifiers and
may have had more liberal rules as well?

The new NOP tightens things up so everyone has to play by the same rules, so
in that respect it is certainly more fair perhaps. And necessary in order
that a distant buyer has some assurances of the farmer following the
standard.

But it may not be sustainable agriculture.

We mostly stress that we try to strive for sustainable agriculture for our
farm and our philosophy. That seems to fit us the best.
