What an interesting group this has been!
I was selling ruby red chard in bunches and doing OK. Yesterday, I put the
leaves in a large basket and sold them bulk and I sold out! I priced it at
$4 a pound, which is about 2.50 a bunch, comparable to the organic chard in
my supermarket.
But there are people who freak at anything at $4 a pound. Is there a more
clever way to price this. i thought of 25 cents an ounce but that seems kind
of silly.
Any advice appreciated!
