Hi Liz!
I agree with Alex - you have a treasure! The strawberry/rhubarb pie is great. Mom used to fix rhubarb kind of like fried apples. Cook it with butter and sugar and there is nothing better on a warm biscuit or warm homemade bread and butter. I had a start of it myself but when we got the new tractor, I was learning to disk with it and disked up all the young rhubarb plants. I'll probably never live that down. Going to have to start all over this year. I don't know if Missourians are considered yankees, but I certainly like rhubarb.
