The farmers market breaks the rules of marketing. We're only open for a few
hours once a week. We need the other sellers there to attract customers,
the something happening look. Most farmers are going to offer the same
produce at the same time with a few exceptions. Having a growers
exclusively market promotes becoming better growers with season extension
and wider variety. Having resellers is disheartening to those who have put
in the extra effort to have early crops of the premium items.
