Dori, how are your Rock/Jersey Giant crosses? How fast do they grow and
to what size? Are you butchering them, and how do you like the carcass
quality if you are?
I'm looking for some type of meat bird other than the ubiquitous Cornish
Cross hybrids, for which I don't care at all.
