Then we just have to disagree on the technicalities, but in any case we only
get maybe a teaspoon of agave a week, and this kind has no HFCS, none of the
chemical processing HFCS gets (and no added sugar or sweetener in anything
else). We could get more fructose of some kind from one dark chocolate bar a
week, or one banana or apple. Avoiding all transfats and all forms of MSG is
more of a challenge as it means scrutinizing labels for all the disguises,
even with very little prepared or processed items.
