I am writing to ask general suggestions for Marketing the Farmers Market. We
have a new market on Wednesdays, unique in that it is all farmers, and
restricted so that only local produce is allowed, and then only when sold by
the producer.
We hope to print and distribute a $2 coupon to be used to buy something from
a stallholder for the first time, to spread people around to new stalls, and
break-the-ice. This coupon would expire after a few months, and could be the
first of many.
Any suggestions?
Zack
