Are you using the ivermectin prophylacticly? And are you sure you really need it? The purpose of having poultry follow the other animals is to eat the parasites among other things. Get a couple of fecal tests done and get to a point where your animals are clean - then introduce the chickens and you should fare well. I haven't had to worm in 5 years (only had the animals for 6 so can't really go back further than that). The sooner you get off that stuff the better for all involved.
Tameson - who's really lucky to have good animal symbiosis as well as good soil.
