Thanks for the info - such a great idea. I'll certainly follow up on this.
The bag thing is perfect. There's also a great opportunity to attempt to
compare liquid output with Hergots versus manual at home. Just out of
curiosity, of course.

Hi Biz,

I highly reccomend one of the cider mills west of Kitchener. There is
Hergots on Erb Street (between St Agatha and Waterloo), or the cider mill
in Wellesly (sp?). Same people who sell retail cider and juice at Zehrs.

Bring your apples, and have it pressed into pails or have them seal it in
milk bags. Cider in milk bags freezes beautifully. I know Hergots has
the bag machine.

It will all be done in an hour or two. You need to make an appointment
with both of these places.

I think there is a six bushel minimum.
