Mark, I listed the Wikipedia article because it referenced several sources
of criticism of the paper you provided. So, rather than listing them all
myself, since someone else had already put them together I pointed the
reader to the already assembled list. This is exactly what Wikipedia
as a tertiary source is good for.

Also, as Michael points out, a single paper, especially one from over 30
years ago!, is essentially meaningless without a broader context of the
entire field. You were the one that said "reams". If you're going to
provide references, please provide references from both sides. Otherwise
I'll have to assume you're playing the same "Fair and Balanced" game
Faux News does.
