I have a Char Broil with a side burner.  We've had this unit for about six years and it works great.  The next grill I do own will have a threaded, not stamped, gas line from the grill tank to the grill itself.  Why?  So I can hook it into my home propane tank and have "endless" gas for the grill.

Can you tell us more about what you need? We got the Webber Genesis
Silver last year and like it a lot (it was recommended by the folks
at Cook's Illustrated) but it all depends on what you're looking for.
It doesn't have a side burner for beans, for example.
