Is anyone else scared by this?

I couldn't find the actual text of the bill other than the quote below, but apparently under the previous gun law in order to qualify for self defense in an altercation you had to prove you couldn't have just run away and avoided killing someone. Now, all you gotta do is feel threatened and you can pull that gun and shoot someone. Opponents are calling it a dueling bill:

Any person "has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so..."
