I don't think it is normally stocked in the area. Their was a kosher market
in Raleigh for a while, but they have since closed. Some of the local
congregations get shipments of kosher food not normally available locally
(mostly meat and cheese), and would get soda for Passover.

It is a sort of sticky question, since it is more by custom that Ashkenazim
don't eat corn. Strictly speaking, corn is acceptable for Passover, and
Sephardim do east corn during Passover.

I have heard rumor that the practice of making Kosher for Passover soda with
sugar has been halted by The Coca Cola Corp. anyway. It seems that it is not
really required, and that they can make it from corn syrup.

On this point, this is something someone told me, and not something I have
observed personally.

On the topic, when I was in Argentina last month I enjoyed many a frosty
Coke (from glass bottle, no less) made with sugar, rather than corn syrup.
