Are you kidding? Part of the fun of ordering Chinese
food is all the mystery meat combo: Dragon and Phonex,
Kung Po something or the other, Panda and bamboo, the
possibility can go on and on. Chinese loves mystery
dishes...you just never know what you are going to
get(sometimes maybe you don;t want to know). You are
lucky that the American version of Chinese food
already comes with a lot of explanation. By the way,
what the heck is chop shu anyway??!!
