It really just makes me sad to see this. I've run my own off and on over
the last few years, on cable or DSL or whatever. I'm not running one
currently, but was planning to set it back up soon. In this climate, I'll
have to switch to the more expensive business-class dialup/DSL services to
get a static IP. What ISP will provide a cheap static IP to a home
account? Not enough money to make it worth their while.
