All,

Thank you very much for all the input. This is how it ended:

I asked a final round of questions, including : the name of the company that
went uner, the name of the company that was selling the laptops, addresses of
the companies, phone numbners, business hours, a date to confirm by phone the
purchase and the NIF.

NIF is the business identification code that is a must for anyone duing
business in Spain. This is a unique number that can be used to confirm the
previous data that I've had asked.

Anyway, after those legal questions, they never answerd back, I didn't payed
the money to those guys and I diodn't got a laptop.

All is good. I learned a lot on eBay, international auctions and it cost me
a
grand total of $0.00.

Now, how do I contact eBay to tell them about this scam?

Salut,
Josep
