Looking back over the posts today concerning Dave's initial reaction to the
Shuttle explosion leads me to wonder; if you would treat Dave who has been a
friend to so many of you and who has helped coordinate many InternetWorkers
get-togethers, so poorly because he voiced an unpopular opinion, what sort
of message does that send to people who are new on the list or lurkers?
Why would anyone want to come to your get-togethers, or socialize with you
in any form or share their thoughts on anything deeper than what they are
eating today?
I'm disgusted by what I saw here today. I remember when Dave volunteered his
time to help Joe get his Linux box set up for the PHP class Joe was giving
after it was compromised and I saw how that act of kindness was repaid
today. You should really be ashamed.
BTW, no need to kill file me and then giggle, I have no desire to
participate on a list where people are so narrow-minded. I will gladly
unsubscribe myself.
You can return to your discussion of food now.
Robert
