wait -- i'm confused. The lungs are Kosher, but the animal is vegan?

no, thats not quite right...

perhaps these smooth-lunged vegans would care to clarify how eating meat is
Kosher? I saw a vegetarian eating Glatt the other day and they seemed okay.
