Strictly speaking, I don't believe there is a single Kosher restaurant, deli
or otherwise, anywhere in the Triangle. I'm not sure about the rest of the
state, possible in Charlotte or Greensboro. You can buy pre-packaged kosher
Salmon in a variety of places, though, including A Southern Season, Whole
Foods, and even Costco.

As far as tasty fish, they have some nice (and pricey) salmon at A Southern
Season, in the deli case.
