I use RR, and seem to have to reset my connection and IP once a month or so. However, I'm running a server sometimes, don't tell anyone..., and I use no-ip.com. They keep track of your IP with a small background program, and people can access it by hitting http://yourchoice.no-ip.com

half and they've only changed my IP address once.
