For starters, read and experminent. There are at least three local
Linux User's Groups (DuLUG< LUG@NCSU, and triLUG) you can consult for
answers and advice. (NC*SA also has a mailing list, and monthly
meetings you can attend,but thye tend to cover *ALL* aspects,a nd not
just Linux admin)

Read the LDP System admin book. Set up a system at home and tinker
with it. Don't break anything at Red Hat, or Matt will bitch *grin*

Ask me, ar Matuziak or jem or any one of us when you want to know - if
we don't we'll point you to someone who does.

But, and I'll re-iterate - *DO IT* - don't just read a book and say
you know how - this is something that you have to do to know really
well. Because a book will teach you how to change you IP address, but
won't tell you what thickness of Pine board to use on the bastard down the
hall who set his system up for a static IP and stole yours.

I prefer a 4x8, myself. *evil grin*
