And it's default setup is insecure (read: code red II cripled some
companies because they set up default Win2K with IIS installed)

Well, that and you have to pay to upgrade to 98 or NT, then pay
*AGAIN* for a new licenese for 2K. So it costs roughly double to do an
intermediary upgrade now.

As I understand M$ pricing. *grin*
