And, quite frankly, it would be trivial to allow the user to "print a
receipt" - as well as mail them one. That way there are paper records to
compare against. Voter fraud could still ahppen, although it would have to
be a lot more subtle than steeling the ballot box.
I personally think we should get a receipt for our votes anyway. Sure,
people are going to try falsify the reeipts to try to fix elections, but
it'll require even more work than it does now *grin*
